On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1188/2015 dated September 8, 2015 that appointed

Wayne Desormeaux of Kemptville

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective September 6, 2016, as the member has resigned.
