On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 143/2016 dated February 10, 2016 that appointed 

Gary Scripnick of Timmins

as a part-time member of the North East Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
