Order in Council 1905/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Jones, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, in the County of Renfrew, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as:

Parts 2, 5 and 8 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2155-31 being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Renfrew (No 49) as Plan 49R-18924,

be closed, pursuant to subsection  29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
