On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Roberta Bald, a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1583/2006 and dated August 24, 2006, be revoked effective December 31, 2016.
