On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of section 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C. 49, the appointment of R. Michael Minns as a Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C.1119/2011 and dated June 1, 2011, be revoked effective March 25, 2016.
