On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1112/2015 dated August 25, 2015 that appointed

Peggy Taillon of Ottawa

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario under the Medicine Act, 1991, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
