On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49,Charon Kerr of Mississauga, Ontario be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario effective March 1, 2017 and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1866/92 and dated June 18th, 1992 appointing Charon Kerr as a full-time assistant crown attorney be revoked effective March 1st, 2017.
