On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Louise Bélanger-Hardy was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective May 30, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 784/2016;

And whereas Louise Bélanger-Hardy tendered her resignation on May 28, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 784/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
