On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1239/2016 dated August 24, 2016 that reappointed

Sherri Louttit of Englehart

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Timiskaming Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
