On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 536/2015 dated April 29, 2015 that reappointed 

Alison Bested of Toronto

as a part-time Physician member of the Physician Payment Review Board under the Health Insurance Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
