On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta was reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Special Education (English) Tribunal for a term ending September 2, 2018, effective August 1, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 864/2014;

And whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta tendered her resignation effective January 6, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act, Order in Council O.C. 864/2014 be revoked effective January 6, 2018.
