On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was reappointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term ending May 28, 2018, effective June 30, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 534/2016;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw tendered his/her resignation effective January 24, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 534/2016 be revoked effective January 24, 2018.
