On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a period of three years, effective January 15, 2018 to and including January 14, 2021.
