On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15, as amended, Frances Caldarelli of Sudbury be appointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
