On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1137/2005, dated July 21, 2005, appointing Dr. Franz B. Ferraris as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
