On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996,

Timothy Vaillancourt of Penetanguishene

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of five years, effective December 5, 2017 to and including December 4, 2022.
