Order in Council 1124/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of West Ferris, Now in the City of North Bay, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Part S 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2739-103;
2. the portion of highway in the Township of East Ferris, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2739-104; and
3. the portion of highway in the Township of Bonfield, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2301-87,

being plans filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 11, 2018, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
