On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 12(4) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Barbara Sullivan of Hamilton, Ontario

is re-appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed 3 years, effective December 10, 2017.
