On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1449/2014, dated November 19, 2014, David Lindsay was appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University;

And whereas David Lindsay resigned from the Board of Governors of McMaster University effective August 1, 2015;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1449/2014 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
