On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Jeffrey Shapiro of Toronto be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, whereas Jeffrey Shapiro was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective September 6, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1278/2016;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1278/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
