On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996,

Barbara Laskin of Ottawa

be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1702/2015 dated December 2, 2015 that reappointed her as a member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, is revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
