On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective January 9, 2018 to and including January 8, 2023.
