On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, Genevieve Catherine Knauff of Rosslyn, Ontario, is appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation during pleasure for a term not exceeding three (3) years, commencing the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
