On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Catherine E. Roberts was reappointed a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of five years, effective September 29, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1358/2015;

And whereas Catherine E. Roberts tendered her resignation effective December 21, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 1358/2015 be revoked effective December 21, 2016.
