On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996,

Rajiv Bhatla of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time member (Psychiatrist) and redesignated as part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective April 1, 2017 to and including March 31, 2020.
