On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 37/2018 dated January 8, 2018 that reappointed and designated Toni Nanne-Little of Sault Ste. Marie as a part-time member and part-time Vice-Chair of the North East Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked effective February 10, 2018.
