On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 10 of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011

Ehren Cory of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the day this Order In Council is approved and ordered.
