On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Matthew Letourneau was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 333/2018 dated February 28, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Matthew Letourneau of Ottawa be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
