On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,

C. Michael Mitchell of Toronto,

who was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council O.C. 1357/2017,

be appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, Order in Council O.C. 1357/2017 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
