On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1393/2018 dated December 12, 2018 that reappointed Winston Isaac of Brampton as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario under the Occupational Therapy Act, 1991, be revoked, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
