On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant To subsection 7(6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Donald Lindsay Boyd of Blenheim

be designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made up to and including September 7, 2020.
