On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005 establishes the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

And whereas subsection 2(2) of said Act specifies that the Higher Education Quality Council shall consist of the members of its board of directors;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005,

Denis Mayer of Sudbury

is reappointed to the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario for a term of three years, commencing January 5, 2017, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
