On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “Regulation”), Order in Council 1381/2015, dated October 7, 2015, appointing Shirley Phillips as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation is revoked.
