On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act,

Cammie Jaquays of North Kawartha

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit for a period of three years, effective February 12, 2017 to and including February 11, 2020.
