On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit for a period of one year, effective February 27, 2017 to and including February 26, 2018.
