On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 47(2) of the Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act, 1993,

be appointed as part-time alternate chair of the Grievance Settlement Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
