Order in Council 401/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(5) of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Act,

Therefore the amount of $9,536,555.00 be paid out of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund to the Consolidated Revenue Fund, for the payment of expenses in connection with the administration of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund in the fiscal year 2016-2017.
