On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, James McKenzie of Thornhill be reappointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective February 2, 2019.
