On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 10(2) of the Excellent Care For All Act, 2010, and subsection 3(3) of Ontario Regulation 445/10 thereunder, Stewart Kennedy of Thunder Bay be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Health Quality Council for a fixed term of three years, effective June 17, 2018.
