On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Schedule “A” of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ontario Trillium Foundation and the Minister of Culture, the following person is appointed a member of the Toronto Grant Review Team at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective from the date of this Order-in-Council.
