On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 25(1) of the Public Accounting Act, 2004, (the “Act”) and clause 1(1)(a) and subsection 2(1) of Ontario Regulation 238/05 made under the Act, Aldo Di Felice of North York be reappointed a part-time member of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario for a term of one year, effective February 11, 2018.
