On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Karen Chavah Schiff, a Coroner for Ontario, be appointed, effective June 1, 2017, as Regional Coroner for that part of the West Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Waterloo, Wellington, Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Niagara, Hamilton, and Dufferin, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
