On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Occupational Therapy Act, 1991, Peter Shenfield of York, be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
