On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant To subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Amorell Saunders N’Daw of Toronto

be reappointed and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Central East Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of up to three years, effective April 2, 2017.
