On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Carolyn L. Jones of Midhurst be reappointed as a part-time member (Lawyer) and redesignated as part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board effective June 22, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
