On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Massage Therapy Act, 1991,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective February 21, 2017 to and including February 20, 2020.
