On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

William Thompson of Grimsby

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective May 13, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
