On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Michael Delisle of Guelph

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective April 15, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
