On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(2)2 and 6(1) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998, Ann Marie Yantz of Kitchener be appointed a part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
