On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 2129/2017 dated November 1, 2017 that appointed William Fayle of Brockville as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
